Hi, I'm Saad 👋

Most of my career was spent as a Thinker — reasoning about systems, debating tradeoffs, then translating all of that into code by hand. AI coding assistants have collapsed that last step, and the shift has been clarifying: I now spend my time as a Doer, where the thinking is the work.

My focus has moved up the stack — architectural patterns, scalability, where boundaries belong, what failure modes a system tolerates. Code is something AI is increasingly responsible for; my job is to make sure the thing it produces is the right thing.

It feels like a higher degree of consciousness about the craft. Less keyboard, more leverage.
